Double Impact is the one where JCVD plays twins who were separated at birth after their parents get “batman’d”, and they come back and do something with a bridge and triads or some gang. Chad is the one that dresses brightly with the floofy hair and Alex is the one with the slicked back hair, so that’s how you tell them apart. IMDB describes this one as: “Twin brothers are separated when their parents are murdered but 25 years later they re-unite in order to avenge their parents’ death.“
