January is a time for New Year's resolutions like cleaning up your shit, maybe stopping a bad habit like drinking or smoking, and another popular resolution – getting your fat ass off of the couch and losing some of that goddamned weight. This January we're kicking off a quartet of an unfortunate short sub-genre of horror movies – the killer workout, and there's no better way to start than with Aerobicide (aka Killer Workout) from 1987. If you enjoyed Deadly Prey, you're gonna recognize some of the same characters – and this one is summarized as: “Two years ago, a young woman named Valerie was burned after entering a tanning salon. Now, her twin sister, Rhonda, runs a local gym where, all of a sudden, people are being murdered.”
